Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Weekend (Friday – Sunday) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in both the Emergency Room and Med/Surg settings within an 18-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Manage a high-volume ER environment with up to 200 or more visits per month
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Cerner electronic health records system
- Serve in a Charge Nurse capacity as needed
- Work every weekend shift (Friday through Sunday nights), including designated holiday weekends
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Proficiency with the Cerner charting system
- Ability and willingness to work in both ER and Med/Surg settings
Preferred Experience / Skills- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Previous experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting
- Prior travel nursing experience
