Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Milton, MA

Contract | Mid Shift (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, monitor, and triage patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
• Interpret telemetry and ECG readings to support patient monitoring and care decisions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (or active temporary MA license) required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required at time of submission — no other certifying bodies accepted
• Must pass Dysrhythmia (20-question) and Medication (20-question) competency tests with a minimum score of 85% — one attempt only, no remediation or re-sit permitted
• Must be available to complete testing within 48 hours of confirmation and all testing finalized within one week of confirmation
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility and must have been separated from the facility for 6 or more months (permanent, per diem, or travel)

• Current PALS or ENPC certification
• Current TNCC certification

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on all assignments, providing consistent and predictable income
