Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 37-bed Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department
- Maintain a 1:4 patient ratio within assigned zone, delivering high-caliber patient experience
- Operate GE monitoring equipment and document accurately within MediTech EMR
- Perform standard ED procedures and respond to a high-acuity, fast-paced patient population
- Float as needed to support ED patients admitted and holding within the department
- Demonstrate flexibility to occasionally work varying day-to-mid shifts (e.g., 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM starts)
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- High-caliber patient experience skills
- Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with an ASAP start; no time off approved mid-June through July
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with MediTech EMR
- Familiarity with Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department workflows and typical ED procedures
- High energy, self-motivated, and collaborative personality well-suited to a busy ED environment
