Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced rural Emergency Department with 23 beds
- Manage a patient ratio of approximately 4–5:1
- Float to a nearby Emergency Department every third weekend as required
- Utilize electronic medical records system (Cerner) for documentation and patient management
- Adhere to all department protocols, dress code (navy blue scrubs), and holiday scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Indiana
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- De-Escalation Training certification
- Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates are not eligible
- Valid driver's license with permanent home address matching ID required at submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency or acute care setting
