Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed to meet patient care demands
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call and weekend shifts as required by departmental scheduling needs
Required Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – pending licenses not accepted
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting
- Willingness to float within scope of practice to meet facility needs
- Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or critical access hospital setting
- Familiarity with Level IV Trauma protocols and critical access hospital workflows
- Experience working in remote or rural healthcare environments
