Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Weekend availability required | Holiday coverage required (2 of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the acuity spectrum
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic electronic health records
  • Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed to meet patient care demands
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
  • Participate in on-call and weekend shifts as required by departmental scheduling needs
Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – pending licenses not accepted
  • Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
  • Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting
  • Willingness to float within scope of practice to meet facility needs
  • Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care or critical access hospital setting
  • Familiarity with Level IV Trauma protocols and critical access hospital workflows
  • Experience working in remote or rural healthcare environments
