Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department
LocationGranbury, TX
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 10-room, 19-bed/chair Emergency Department setting
- Manage a patient ratio of 3–4:1 across night shift hours
- Assess, triage, and treat emergency patients including trauma, stroke, and chest pain presentations
- Document patient care accurately using MEDHOST EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active RN licensure (applicable to state of practice)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
- Experience with trauma, stroke, and chest pain patient populations
- Immunization titers must be available at time of submission
- Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MEDHOST EMR system
