Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Work 12-hour day shifts with a requirement of 3–4 weekends per month
- Float to a nearby facility as needed based on staffing requirements
- Maintain compliance with all facility onboarding requirements, including vaccination protocols
- Complete a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of assignment (pass/fail)
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2+ years of telemetry experience required
- Minimum 1 year of previous travel nursing experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) required
- TNCC certification required
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding — declinations are not accepted
- Must have a minimum 6-month separation from this facility (permanent, per diem, or contract) to be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience floating between multiple units or facilities
- Strong adaptability and ability to perform in high-acuity emergency environments
