Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend Required | 8-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting during night shift hours
- Perform telemetry monitoring and interpretation as required by the unit
- Float to a nearby facility location as needed based on staffing requirements
- Participate in biweekly orientation as scheduled upon assignment start
- Complete a telemetry competency test on the first day of assignment (pass/fail)
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required
- Minimum 1 year of prior travel nursing experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- TNCC certification required
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding; declinations are not accepted
- Must have a minimum 6-month separation from this facility (permanent, per diem, or contract) prior to consideration
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience floating between facilities or units
- Familiarity with telemetry testing protocols and competency assessments
