Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Schedule | No On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Perform and assist with procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, paramedics, and PCTs across shift staffing models
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
- Operate unit equipment including Welch Allyn and GE devices
- Adhere to unit guidelines and policies consistent with HCA standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
- Current ALS (ACLS) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Current ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) or PALS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- 2 or more years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- ENPC certification preferred over PALS
