Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Monitor and document patient condition, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Respond to critical and high-acuity situations with clinical competence and composure
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
- Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills- TNCC or CEN certification preferred
- Experience with high-volume or Level I/II trauma environments
