Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Float to the Clinical Decision Unit as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards throughout each shift
Required Qualifications- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- Current NIHSS certification
- Prior Emergency Room nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience floating to observation or clinical decision units
- Strong critical thinking and triage skills in a high-volume emergency environment
