Key Responsibilities- Perform triage assessments and provide immediate care to patients presenting with emergent and urgent medical conditions
- Deliver high-acuity nursing care within a Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department
- Utilize electronic health record system (Epic) for patient assessment, care documentation, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to manage a high-volume, fast-paced emergency environment
- Provide care across all ED areas including fast-track, behavioral health suite, and private treatment rooms
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in triage nursing within a high-volume emergency department
- Familiarity with behavioral health patient care within an ED setting
