Travel RN – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department with patient ratios of 4 to 6
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse ED patient population
- Utilize Epic EMR to document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Participate in every-other-weekend rotation as required by unit scheduling
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 4–5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Current CPI or MOAB certification (must be obtained prior to start)
- NIHSS certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills- Charge nurse experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Familiarity with standard ED education modules and protocols
