Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as required
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective emergency care
- Float to an additional affiliated facility as needed
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Charge nurse experience required
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Must pass an onsite competency assessment administered on the first day of orientation (one attempt only)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume or Level II/III emergency department
- Strong adaptability and willingness to float to affiliated facilities as needed
