Key Responsibilities- Implement the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patient responses to actual or potential health problems
- Perform dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions within the continuum of care
- Utilize EPIC for electronic charting and Omnicell for automated medication dispensing
- Provide coverage across Emergency Room and Med/Surg departments as needed, including potential on-call and weekend rotation
- Badge in and out at the facility per required protocol; wear Navy Blue scrubs
Required Qualifications- Active Minnesota RN License
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS certification (required)
- TNCC or CALS for Emergency Department practice
- Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and float to other units
Preferred Experience / Skills- PALS certification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in Med/Surg and/or Emergency Room settings
