Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with emergency and urgent medical conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or a compact state license
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Ability to meet travel contract requirements for a 14-week assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a freestanding emergency department environment
- TNCC or ENPC certification
- Experience with high-acuity emergency patient populations
