Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $51 to $77 per hour in Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Emergency Department (ED/ER) to lead and oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating patient care services while ensuring alignment with hospital goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department
• Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff and supervisors
• Develop and implement policies to improve patient care quality and efficiency
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Resolve operational and patient care issues effectively
• Maintain strong communication with staff, patients, and stakeholders
