Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent emergency department experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing protocols and triage systems
- Electronic health record documentation
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Patient advocacy and family communication
