We are looking for a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Crownpoint, NM.The ideal Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will possess exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing rapid, effective care to patients with urgent and often life-threatening conditions, triaging patients based on the severity of their needs, administering emergency treatments, and closely monitoring patient responses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals, to stabilize and treat patients quickly and efficiently. Your ability to remain calm, make swift, informed decisions, and provide compassionate care in challenging situations will be crucial in ensuring positive patient outcomes in the ER.

Job Requirements:
  • 2 Years experience 
  • Valid unrestricted license
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • TNCC or ATCN
