Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and experience caring for acutely ill and injured patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department
- Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Assist with patient transfers and discharges
- Perform emergency nursing interventions while maintaining accurate documentation
- Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on compassionate care
