Pay: $2,417.04 per week

Shifts: ER Day/Night/Holiday rotation - 3x12 hours + 2 On Call shifts per 4 weeks

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Geneva, NY. This role specializes in providing high-quality, compassionate care within an acute hospital environment. As an ED RN, you will apply your expert knowledge and skills to assess patient needs and deliver timely interventions.

Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Department RN

• Connect with patients and families during triage, establishing rapport and prioritizing care.
• Conduct primary and secondary assessments to address critical needs and document deviations from norms.
• Build trust and cooperation among team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare patients and families for diagnostic procedures and post-emergency care.
• Maintain patient-focused communication, providing updates and education throughout the ER visit.

Requirements of the Emergency Department RN

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Stroke Certification (Must be AHA or RQI)
• Two years of acute hospital experience as an RN
• One year of ED hospital experience as an RN
• NIHSS, NYS RN Licensure
