Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN for a Transfer Center role within the Dignity Health Sacramento system. This is a non-bedside, coordination-focused position where you will manage patient transfers, collaborate with physicians, and ensure appropriate placement across healthcare facilities.

Important: This role involves ZERO direct patient care and is heavily focused on clinical coordination and communication.

✅ Required Qualifications
  • Active RN License (CA or Compact if applicable)

  • Minimum 2+ years of ICU, ER, or Transfer Center experience

  • Proficiency in clinical assessment and critical thinking

  • Experience with Cerner or EPIC EMR systems

  • Excellent computer skills & multitasking ability
