Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and fast-paced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling critical situations, delivering urgent care, and working efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Schedule:

• Days/Nights/Rotating

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and effective care to patients in emergency situations

• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies

• Assist physicians during emergency procedures

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly

• Document patient care accurately using EMR systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Ensure adherence to hospital safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Active RN License ([State])

• Minimum 2 years of ER experience Required

• Certifications Required:

  • BLS (AHA or RQI)

  • ACLS

  • PALS (preferred/required based on facility)

  • TNCC (preferred)

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

Required Qualifications:

• Previous travel or trauma center experience
