Charge Nurse Duties (Bonus Opportunity):
Step up as Charge Nurse to orchestrate patient flow – receive EMS pre-arrival reports, coordinate with triage for walk-ins, partner with House Supervisor on admissions, and lead the ward clerk, providers, ED techs, RNs, and crisis evaluators. Excel with strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and organization skills!
