Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
Provide patient care in a high-volume ER setting
Maintain patient ratios as defined by the department
Collaborate with technicians and unit clerks effectively
Utilize Baxter pumps and GE monitors in patient care
Adhere to AIDET and maintain respectful behavior with all patients
Requirements of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 2 trauma center
At least 1 year of experience in an ER setting
Flexibility to work across all areas of the ED
