Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Location: York, PA

Pay: $2,273.76 per week

Shifts: 3 PM - 3 AM, weekends and holidays as needed

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in York, PA. This role involves working in a Level I Trauma Center, providing critical care to patients in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a 74-bed Emergency Department, with floating duties to the Emergency Transitional Care Unit (ETCU) as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Department Registered Nurse
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations in a 74-bed Emergency Department
  • Float to the Emergency Transitional Care Unit for staging patients post initial evaluations
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including rapid response and respiratory services
  • Handle emergency situations with poise, including trauma, psychiatric, and COVID patient care
  • Cross-train to fulfill specific tasks within the Emergency Department as required

Requirements of the Emergency Department Registered Nurse
  • Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Level I Trauma Center experience is required
  • EPIC charting system experience is preferred
  • First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
