Tuba City Regional Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team. This JCAHO-accredited healthcare facility serves the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute communities and provides comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, emergency, surgical, and specialty care services.
License Requirement
Active RN license from any U.S. state accepted (Arizona license not required)
Required Certifications
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
PALS (AHA)
Required After Hire
NRP within 1 year
TNCC within 1 year
ENPC within 1 year
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 6 months
Emergency Severity Index (ESI) Level 5 within 3 months
Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Deliver quality care in accordance with hospital policies and standards
