Job Title: RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department - Travel

Location: Alexandria, VA

Pay: $2,177.28 weekly

Shifts: 3p-3a with flexibility to work 7p-7a, every other weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department in Alexandria, VA. This role involves working in a combined adult and pediatric ER environment, handling a variety of patient diagnoses including STEMI, stroke, sprains, sutures, and high acuity cases.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED
  • Manage a mixed adult and pediatric ER environment
  • Handle common diagnoses such as STEMI, stroke, and sprains
  • Administer routine drips including vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
  • Work within staff ratios, stretching to 5:1 during peak census
  • Float to Springfield Healthplex location as needed

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required
  • TNCC preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in combined adult and pediatric ER
  • Experience with high acuity patients
