Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED
  • Provide care to general ED population including trauma stabilization, respiratory illness, stroke, and behavioral health.
  • Administer medications and perform procedures such as cardiac rhythm interpretation and conscious sedation.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and care quality.
  • Work with department support including pharmacists, social workers, and patient safety attendants.

Requirements of the RN - ED
  • Active RN License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years ED experience
