General Comments:
All agency staff assignments require adherence to attendance policies.
A formal warning will be issued after a second absence.
Termination of the contract may occur after a third absence unless prior discussion and agreement is made with unit leadership.
All absences must be made up to maintain contracted hours.
The facility will not be responsible for any early termination fees if an agency staff member is released from their contract for just cause, including but not limited to, failure to meet attendance requirements or violations of professional conduct standards.
