The facility is a 198-bed, level III trauma center. It offers state-of-the-art operating suites. The hospital provides healthcare to a diverse region. Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation care. There is also a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, and a day surgery center. The facility has extensive imaging and lab testing services. The hospital has been recognized for its beautiful architecture. The area features three rivers, four golf courses, five lakes, and six national parks. It provides numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and historical sightseeing. The emergency department has 48 beds with flex space. Patient ratios are 4:1 in the main area and 6:1 in fast track. Equipment includes defibrillators and various intravenous devices. The electronic health record system is Cerner. The patient population includes individuals with conditions such as end-stage renal disease, substance abuse disorders, and psychiatric conditions. Team nursing and a pod system are utilized. A social worker is assigned to the department along with a unit educator.
