This role involves delivering care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with an opportunity to work in a facility equipped with a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED
  • Provide comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population
  • Stabilize and prepare patients for transport or admission as necessary
  • Interpret cardiac rhythms and administer critical care medications
  • Perform PIV starts and manage TNK/TPA administration
  • Support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

Requirements of the RN - ED
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications (required)
  • TNCC certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an ED setting
  • Skill in cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical care drips
