Job Title: ER Registered Nurse (Travel)

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $2,041.20 per week

Shifts: Days: 0700-1900, Mids: 1100-2300, Nights: 1900-0700

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Louisville, KY. This role is ideal for experienced nurses to provide top-notch emergency care in a dynamic environment. As an ER RN, you will work in a 31-bed emergency unit handling a variety of patient cases.

Key Responsibilities of the ER Registered Nurse
  • Provide care for patients of all ages, stabilizing and managing a wide range of medical conditions
  • Perform IV starts, insert foleys and NG tubes, and conduct neuro assessments (NIHSS)
  • Conduct triage, manage codes, and initiate/titrate pressors, cardiac drips, sedation, and insulin
  • Care for critical patients, manage hyper/hypothermia, and assist with bedside procedures
  • Provide moderate sedation for bedside procedures using medications such as versed, fentanyl, and ketamine

Requirements of the ER Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years of ER experience
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
  • Comfort and proficiency in leading by example and being an ER Subject Matter Expert
