Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to emergency room patients of all ages
  • Assess, triage, and monitor patient conditions quickly and accurately
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments
  • Assist physicians during trauma care and emergency procedures
  • Respond rapidly to critical and life-threatening situations
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatments and discharge instructions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
  • Active RN License in Arizona
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications required
  • TNCC certification preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment
