Job Title: RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

Location: Salem, VA

Pay: $2,008.80 weekly

Shifts: No on-call; four weekend shifts in a four-week scheduling period

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Room/Emergency Department role in Salem, VA. This travel assignment requires an adept RN with a strong background in high-acuity ERs and proficiency in handling a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
  • Perform Rapid Sequence Intubation and sepsis interventions
  • Adhere to stroke protocol and administer tPA as needed
  • Manage central line placements and care for psychiatric patients
  • Coordinate patient transfers to other facilities adhering to EMTALA

Requirements of the RN - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 travel assignments completed
  • 2-3 years of ER experience
