Position Details:
RN- Emergency Room- Scottsbluff, NE
Location                             : Scottsbluff, NE 69361
Duration                            : 13 Weeks Contract
Salary Range                    : $50- $57/hr
Shift Timing                     : Night Shift 6p-6a
 
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurses to join a fast-paced clinical team. The ideal candidate will have prior ED experience along with Charge Nurse experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in emergency and critical situations.
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff as a Charge Nurse when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
 
Requirements
  • Active RN license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience required.
  • Charge Nurse experience required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications preferred/required based on facility needs.
 
Preferred Certifications
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong patient care focus.
