The nurse must be certified in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with patients and their families. This role will involve working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs. Candidates will maintain patient ratios of 4-5 for both day and night shifts. Pre-approved time off is limited, and any requests must be disclosed upfront. Experience with electronic health record systems is required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to triage and manage multiple patients effectively.
