Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room services for a travel assignment in Wichita, KS. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency department to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
  • Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed emergency department with a patient ratio of 1:3-4
  • Collaborate with a team of 48 staff members, including charge RNs and other support staff
  • Perform procedures such as central line insertion, chest tubes, thoracic lavage, and intubations
  • Maintain communication with staff and healthcare providers to ensure the best patient outcomes

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
  • Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital experience
  • Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications
  • Preferred: ENPC certification and IO training
