Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Wichita, KS offering a weekly total of $1,850. Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
  • Rapidly assess and triage patients with a wide range of acute conditions
  • Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and support staff in high-pressure situations
  • Monitor and document changes in patient conditions using EHR systems
  • Assist in trauma care, code situations, and critical patient stabilization
  • Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and accurate records

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
  • Active RN license (Kansas or compact eligible)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and NIHSS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in rapidly changing environments
  • Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
