Pediatric patients are integrated throughout all zones, as there is no separate pediatric area. The staff-to-patient ratio is typically 4:1, but may stretch to 5:1 during peak census periods. Nurses will administer drips, routine vasopressors, insulin, and sedation as needed. Weekend shifts consist of 6 shifts over a 6-week period. The required uniform is navy blue scrubs. Epic access is required for this position.
