Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Current SC License or Compact License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have: Epic Experience, Community Hospital Experience Description: Position/Specialty: ER RN Schedule: 3x12 Night Shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), Holidays as needed Ratios: 1:5 Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend On-call Requirement: No Floating Requirement: No Community Hospital Experience Required First Time Travelers Not Accepted All Time Off Requests must be included at time of submission Approval will be based on facility needs Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Type of Facility: Free Standing Emergency Room Total Staffed Beds: 14 rooms, including a Resuscitation Room Charting System: Epic Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. Peak months for hurricane activity are August and September. Traveler will not be cleared to report to the facility until the SC license is issued and active.
