Seven Healthcare are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN specialized in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Brownsville, Tennessee. You'll be working in a dynamic FSED environment, handling a range of emergency care situations. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
  • Rapidly assess, prioritize, and intervene in high acuity and low resource ED settings
  • Work independently and within a small, high-functioning team
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, unlicensed staff, and EMS
  • Perform phlebotomy and ED nursing care across all TRIAGE levels
  • Support airway management and intubation
  • Engage in splinting, immobilization, and moderate sedation monitoring and recovery
  • Assist in wound care, laceration repair, cardiac monitoring, and resuscitation support

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC Certification
  • Strong ED clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptability and accountability in staffing model
