Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours (10:00 AM - 10:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience required License: Must have a valid Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at the time of submission Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Must-Have: TNCC preferred Description: This position requires a registered nurse specializing in the emergency department. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of recent emergency department experience. Candidates must have 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for. A valid Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license must be provided at the time of submission. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required and must be active with nothing pending. TNCC certification is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans. Nurses must be able to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. The position may require floating to different areas as necessary. Candidates must have two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for. References must be from assignments within the last 12 months. Prior charge experience is a plus. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Applicants should be prepared to discuss preferred time off during the interview.
