Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required. Must have 18 months of recent emergency room experience. License: Must have a valid permanent license in hand at the time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts on or after January 1, 2023. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is preferred. Must-Have: Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will occur during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive two attempts maximum to pass assessments; failure may result in cancellation. Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in emergency room care.
