Description:
This is a contract RN position in the Emergency Department.
The position requires no on-call shifts.
Staffing levels fluctuate based on patient volume.
The unit has 23 beds with a nursing staff comprising a mix of newly graduated nurses and experienced professionals.
Patient ratios in the unit are typically 4:1.
Types of equipment used include Welch Allyn and GE EMR Meditech.
Typical procedures performed in the unit include cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation.
