GE CardioLab, GE biplane and single plane X-Ray, Baylis RF #Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO should be included at the time of submission (will be approved by unit manager on WOC; no other guaranteed time off. No time off will be granted during the first of week of the traveler s assignment), SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email. Please also make sure to address the traveler s shift availability upfront. Minimum 1 year experience required. VA or compact state must be in hand at time of submittal Locals accepted at same base rate. EPIC charting experience required Facility will review all background hits, etc. Return Staff Policy: Both travelers and permanent staff must be gone for one year before being eligible to return as a traveler.
