Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR###**There is a late 1 team and a backup late 2 team. One day is designated "1st Late" and another is "2nd late". 1st late is the team that completes the last case of the day and get the patient to their next level of care. 2nd late is the secondary team to help close out the second to last patient.All team members are given, at least, one 1st late and one 2nd late a week. Traveler will be assigned addition to help fill scheduling holes. If there is a smaller case load, with rooms ending early, traveler will be selected to stay to help ensure they meet the 40 hrs.
