The unit is equipped with advanced technology and management emphasizes teamwork. Patient safety and quality care are top priorities. Common procedures performed include ablations for atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, and atrioventricular node; as well as implanting pacemakers, ICDs, biventricular devices, ILRs, and Watchman devices. The lab has been recently renovated. Work weeks total 36-40 hours from Monday to Friday. Staff members enjoy alternating days off each week.
