Job Summary:
The Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position is located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care within a Level I trauma center that serves a high-volume, acutely injured or ill patient population. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

  • Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or temporary license, BLS (Basic Life Support) - American Heart Association (AHA), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), 3 years of related work experience, EMR experience (Epic preferred), transitioning to Epic in the summer, basic computer skills, ability to navigate web-based applications, Level I trauma experience, travel experience, teaching hospital experience, no local travel restrictions (must reside more than 50 miles from the facility).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification, Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certification.
  • Additional Information: Candidates should provide availability for interviews and submit the required coversheet at the time of submission. Parking costs may apply. No RTO (Release Time Off) will be approved during the assignment, and candidates must have EMR experience with Epic.
