Seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel assignment in the ED Holds & Observation Unit. As an ED RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care using the nursing process while caring for patients requiring emergency, observation, and holding services. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department setting
• Provide care to patients in ED Holds and Observation areas
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with facility policies and standards

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Experience in a busy, high-volume emergency setting strongly preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Current CPR certification (as applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

• CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Additional Requirements

• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• TB screening, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable
• Must be at least 18 years of age
